About Cami Camp

I offer 3 unique Personal Training Services that include 1:1 Personal Training, Small Group Fitness, and Boot Camp. The 3 services will include all modalities of training. These include body weight movement and training, cardiovasuclar, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, strength and endurance training, and resistance bands, as well as mental training to break bad habits, build confidence, and instill a strong sense of self motivation to create a healthier lifestyle.
I keep each training routine fun and challenging. Using muscle confusion techniques you will always experience new exercises and new routines. You'll never get the same thing twice. This teaches your body to adapt, learn, and improve. We will train the aerobic and anaerobic systems of your body, and increase strength, speed, agility, balance, and mental clarity.
