I offer 3 unique Personal Training Services that include 1:1 Personal Training, Small Group Fitness, and Boot Camp. The 3 services will include all modalities of training. These include body weight movement and training, cardiovasuclar, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics, strength and endurance training, and resistance bands, as well as mental training to break bad habits, build confidence, and instill a strong sense of self motivation to create a healthier lifestyle.

I keep each training routine fun and challenging. Using muscle confusion techniques you will always experience new exercises and new routines. You'll never get the same thing twice. This teaches your body to adapt, learn, and improve. We will train the aerobic and anaerobic systems of your body, and increase strength, speed, agility, balance, and mental clarity.

Hello everyone!  It took me a while to get back in to the swing of things after having our beautiful daughter, Kaylee, but now I have SOME free time to start putting on boot camps and classes.  Starting this Saturday, March, 17, and every Saturday after, I will be leading a 30 minute stretch followed by a one hour bootcamp class at Crescent Park in Verrado.

Class starts at 8:30 AM and we will finish by 10 AM.  There will be a 30 minute warmup and stretch from 8:30 to 9, directly followed by a one hour bootcamp.  I can’t wait to see you all there!  Please check the Calendar for classes, times, and maps.

New Classes Coming Soon!

I will be adding new boot camp classes soon. There will be a 7 am and 6:30 pm advanced boot camp class on Tuesday and Thursday as well as a Sunday morning class at 11. Let me know if you are interested it will be added to the calendar as soon as classes start filling up.

Great hike today guys!

Great hike today guys! I’m proud of all of you I think everyone improved there distance and time today. Thank you Kim for bringing your dog Henry his untiring energy was very inspiring. He is always welcome one day I’ll tire him out before he tires me out.

Great class this morning!

Great energy today guys!  Try to get some cardio interval training in tomorrow.  Shoot for 30-60 minutes.  See you Wednesday at the Verrado Trail Head.
