Using muscle confusion techniques you will always experience new exercises and new routines. You'll never get the same thing twice. This teaches your body to adapt, learn, and improve. We will train the aerobic and anaerobic systems of your body, and increase strength, speed, agility, balance, and mental clarity.

Cami attended UC Irvine on full scholarship for track and field and excelled in hammer and discus. She also played competitive soccer for 17 years including 2 years as sweeper at Canada College. She finished her track and field career at San Francisco State College placing 3rd in the hammer at Nationals.
Fitness has played an integral role in Cami's life from early on. Cami has been a personal trainer since 2004 and has worked with all types of clients ranging from athletes and every day health to weight loss and corrective exercise. She wholeheartedly believes in showing people what they are capable of.
Bringing people together is powerful; especially when you create a community of like minded people looking to better themselves and build eachother up. Cami is passionate about group fitness because she believes that success is heightened and that "we are stronger together."
